Plant buyer is a Jorden businessman joint venture with local Nigerian. They purchase rocks which contains gold from local mountain area small miners, then transport to this plant for gold separation & refinery.

Complete processing flow sheet is designed by us, after long time of communication with customer, to collect as much rock ore information as possible. Their rocks are not deep underground granite, more likes surface weathered rock, which is not very hard to break. Average gold grade 3-8g/ton (told by customer’s consultant), and big part of gold particle are visible by eyes, some are flour type existing inside rocks.

After both parties finalized the flow sheet, and main equipment to use, here we started to prepare complete plant layout design according to their ground condition. And then we confirm the final plant layout drawing, and this helps to figure out the auxiliary material involved and their QTY, like water pipes, steel material, electric cables, control cabinets, etc.

Then, all machines & auxiliary material delivered out together from here to Nigeria port. During the seaway shipping, we supplied the foundation construction guidance to buyers, and sent out an engineer to their site for ground job guidance.

After machines all arrived site, customer rent a crane, an excavator, have 6-8 local workers, some related tools for machines installation work.

Total period time 37 days till all installed up, and whole line trial running successfully.
