Description:
XFD-12 Multple cells Lab flotation cell has a suspended type mechanism and include a totally enclosed anti-friction spindle bearing, stainless steel shaft, stainless steel standpipe with air control valve, three changeable stainless diffuser type hoods, and three removable stainless open type impellers of different sizes for use in various size stainless steel or acrylic tank.

Flotation tank
XFD-12 Lab Flotation Machine/ Flotation Cell is supplied with 6 sizes of flotation tank(stainless steel or acrylic)
which enables it can do rougher, cleaning and scavenging tests.
XFD-12 Lab Flotation Machine is mainly consist of the following parts: lifting mechanism, machine body, stator and impeller part, inverter and control system.
All the parts are connected to the vertical column. The main shaft is driven by the motor to rotate in clockwise direction. The rotation speed of the impeller is controlled by the inverter.
The main shaft is driven by the motor to move up and down through screw lift.
