Gold is a heavy metal in nature, and its specific gravity is greater than most other metals, which makes it easy to be collected by gravity separation equipment. Gold particles vary in size in rocks. After crushing and grinding, coarse-grained gold is usually separated by gravity separation, and fine-grained gold is generally extracted by flotation or leaching. Jaw crusher, centrifugal concentrator and shaker table are commonly used as rock gold mining equipment.

1)Jaw crusher for gold

Function: For first primary crushing, and reduce stone size to smaller size(like 30-50mm).

Structure: cast iron outframe + high-manganese steel jaw plates.

6) 6s shaker table for gold processing

Structure: FRP deck + channel steel frame

Function: for final separation & extraction of gold, to  get high grade gold-bearing concentrate ore in small mass. its effective gold recovery down size could reach -74micron.

7)Induction melting furnace for gold bar

Function: to melt the gold concentrate, and get pure gold bar (90%+ grade);
