Description:
The machine structure is mainly composed of three sets of grinding head, clutch, mortar support and positioner.
The grinding head, mortar support and clutch are evenly installed on the rotating seat at 120º each other. In the bearing of the rotating seat, a receiving support plate and electrical appliances are arranged on the front of the base, and a motor is arranged on the left side.
When the clutch is connected, the motor drives the grinding head to rotate through the belt pulley, gear shaft and universal joint. The other end of the gear shaft is mated with the gear of the mortar support. Due to the positive rotation of the grinding rod and the corotation of the mortar, the relative sliding is produced, and the grinding material is grinded under pressure by the dead weight of the grinding head.
Mortar, pestle can provide ceramics, corundum, alloy steel and other materials according to the special requirements of users.
