XFD Single Cell Floation Machi

The XFD series single cell lab flotation machine have three types: XFDI, XFDII, XFDIII.

XFDI small flotation cell: the ordinary simple type, the impeller rotary speed can not be adjustable, and without LED display screen, Applied in laboratory flotation of a small amount of sample ore in such areas as geology,metallurgy,building material and chemical industry.

XFDII small flotation cell: it is the updated version of XFD I, the impeller rotary speed can be adjustable as your needs, but with LED display screen, without heater device, can not control temperature of the minerals. Applied in stirring,scrubbing,separation and selection of small amounts of sample ore om labs of research institutes and mining bodies involving geology,metallurgy,building materials and chemical industries.

XFDIII small flotation cell: It is the highest grade type. It uses inverter technology, variable speed impeller, digital display, and also change from the outside air to intake inflated with precise adjusted, clear and stable display.

XFDIII series flotation machine consists of the following main components

All parts are fastened on the body, the main shaft rotates clockwise, and three different speeds are generated by the main shaft through different belt grooves; the rotation of the scraper is driven by the scraper motor through the pulley, and the position of the scraper can be adjusted by the disc nut high and low.
