1. Coarse crusher-- Jaw crusher

Jaw Crusher is preferable to be selected as primary machine for various materials with compressive strength up to 320MPa.A jaw or toggle crusher consists of a set of vertical jaws, one jaw being fixed and the other being moved back and forth relative to it by a cam or pitman mechanism.

Jig machine belongs to gravity-based equipment, which can separate mineral based on different specific gravity. Jig machine is widely used in gravity concentration of tin, tungsten, placer gold, hematite ore, manganese, titanium, antimony, lead, tantalum, niobium and other minerals.

4. Dewatering Machine--ZZS Linear vibrating screen

ZZS Linear vibrating screen uses excellent vibrating motor as power source, that the materials can be thrown up on the sieve and forward to make a straight movement. It can be equipped with single or multi-screen to achieve the grading, removing impurity, removing dust, testing, washing selecting, dehydration.

5. Feeder & Conveyor

Chute Feeder is widely used in mining line. It is generally installed in front of the primary crusher. It can send the big ore to crusher evenly and continuously. Chute feeder can effectively control the feeding capacity to match with the capacity of the whole crushing plant.
